מחממים תנור ל200 מעלות.מגרדים את כל המצרכים בפומפייה, מוסיפים קמח, חלבוני ביצה, תיבול ומערבבים.מרפדים ומשמנים תבנית תנור, מייצרים קציצות בגודל שאתם רוצים ומניחים ומכניסים לתנור עד השחמה(כחצי שעה).•סוחטים את הבלילה מנוזלים במהלך יצירת כל קציצה.
