לביבות מדהימות לקראת חנוכה,בריאות שתוכלו להכין עם ילדיכם

מצרכים:


2 בטטות בינוניות וחתיכת דלעת
כרישה, שמן זית
חצי כפית פלפל שחור
כף שטוחה מלח
כפית אבקת שום
2 ביצים
210 גרם קמח שיבולת שועל
כף מלח

הוראות הכנה:


בסיר עם מים רותחים מכניסים את הבטטות והדלעת עד שהן מתרככות ואז מועכים לפירה.
מחכים שיתקרר מעט ואז מוסיפים את כל החומרים (את הכרישה קוצצים דק) מערבבים היטב עד לקבלת בלילה סמיכה.
בתבנית מרופדת בנייר אפייה מתחילים ליצור לביבות בעזרת כף ומכניסים לתנור בחום של 200 מעלות לכ- 15 דקות.
מומלץ לאכול עם שמנת חמוצה ועירית. במקרה שלי הוספתי בצל ירוק עם גבינת סקי.
